General Terms and Conditions
• This agreement is non-transferable and shall have effect according to the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
• Adrift East Africa Limited reserves the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect.
Pre-Payment Requirements
All bookings may be made via the Adrift online portal
• payment must be received in full by Adrift East Africa Limited upon confirmation of the booking

**Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations must be received and acknowledged in writing to info@adrift.ug and the following conditions apply:
● Cancellation is received 89 - 60 days prior to arrival –
Cancellation fees amounting to 20% of the total invoice will be applied.
Funds shall be returned less any bank fees.
● Cancellation is received 59 days to 31 days prior to arrival -
Cancellation fees amounting to 50% of the total invoice will be applied.
Funds shall be returned less any bank fees.
● Cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival –
100% cancellation fees will be applied

**Please note Adrift East Africa Limited reserves the right to cancel, at any time, a service booked should Adrift Uganda Limited deem it unsafe, or any other such unforeseen circumstance.
